For astro vastu, add 6/ sq ft. So now, for 2000 sq ft, it is INR 12000
(6 X 2000=12000)
So total bill amount will be INR 30,000 base vastu + INR 12000= INR 42000

1. WE NEED YOUR EXACT DRAFTED FLOOR PLAN .
2. Google location from inside the property
3. Incase you don't have a floor plan, you will have to fix an architect/ drafting person and do it. Our inhouse architect will charge you INR 3/ Sq. Ft if you need his services. You are free to hire your drafting person.
4. Kindly note that this price includes only consultation charges and there are no other hidden costs. Materials to be purchased by the client.
5. No negotiation regarding prices
6. Full Payment before consulting for astrological reasons for your goodwill and prosperity.
7. You will have 51 days support on an exclusive whatsApp group where all your doubts regarding corrections prescribed will be clarified. After that, you will have to pay extra to consult.
8. For direct house visit in Chennai, transport needs to be added. For out of station visit other than Chennai , transport cost, stay cost, food cost to be done by client
9.Package cost covers consultation fee only. Vastu products like stickers or strips or paintings or springs to be purchased by client of their own choice.
